A lot of customers are asking me what they can do to train their staff to spot “Phishing” attempts, as these are often the gateway for cyber criminals to get into your organisation. But it’s not just about spotting the phishing email/attempt. Doing what you can to prevent the email arriving in the first place will help limit the risk, and then this is followed up by the vigilance/training required, as well as technology to protect you if that vigilance fails.
